Rebecca Rockafellar is a retired technology executive with thirty years of senior leadership experience in media, ecommerce and technology.

Rebecca held senior executive positions, led teams of 400+ people, had revenue accountability for $300M+ and managed operating budgets in excess of $100M, in product development and operational roles for brands like HBO, Getty Images, Unilever and many startups. She has an Executive MBA from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Wellesley College.

Throughout her career Rebecca developed leaders, teams and individuals by creating a safe and supportive environment and recognizing the value of each person in her organization. Rebecca has a reputation for calm leadership, dedication, creative problem solving, and outstanding enthusiasm.

Certified in Executive Coaching by the Hudson Institute of Coaching, and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), Rebecca worked nationally with executives navigating their next leadership challenge and individuals who wanted to make significant change in their lives.
